Nancy has been teaching movement in various forms for close to 30 years, from dance to climbing to weight training and even how to properly “fall” through the sky as a skydiving coach. She started as a dance teacher and later became a certified yoga instructor, certified skydiving coach, NASM-certified personal trainer and went on to pursue her Masters in Exercise Science in 2021. She understands the therapeutic effects of having fun through physical self-expression and the importance of keeping our bodies fit and strong through our entire lifespan to slow the onset of chronic disease that, without regular exercise, can show up much earlier. She leads fun and functional classes with a mindset geared towards injury prevention, longevity, joy, and sustainability and encourages every student to get to know their bodies well, understand their limits, know when to say no, and know when to push beyond to reach that next level.
